Skateboard Summer Day Camp Ages 6-12

.Campers ages 6-14 enjoy perfecting their craft at local area skateparks that include: Walnut Creek, Concord, Benicia, San Ramon, Martinez, Dublin, Pleasanton, Berkeley and Alameda.

Campers begin their day at our base camp at the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center in Walnut Creek (near Rossmoor)and are then transported via school bus or 15 passenger van to various Bay Area Skateparks that include Walnut Creek, Concord, Benicia, Moraga San Ramon, Martinez, Berkeley, Alameda, Pleasanton and Dublin. *

Every Friday*, skaters will enjoy a full day of fun at Waterworld.

Novice skaters will receive coaching from some of the best local skaters and all will enjoy friendships and lots of skate fun.

Skaters will need their own skateboard and helmet. 8 years and under will also require elbow and knee pads.

Dates: Weekly Sessions Each Week From June 11th - August 10, 2012

When: Weekly Sessions from June 18 - August 17

Fee: $245 per week includes all transportation from and back to our base camp at Contra Costa Christian School 2721 Larkey Lane Walnut Creek, CA 94597 and a Waterworld trip on Friday.

Camp Hours : 9am - 3pm

This camp is also available as a single day option at $65 per day Monday - Thursday. Friday is a non skating, Waterworld day trip and not available for single day campers. For Friday options see Summer Fun Day Camp.

Space is limited for single day service and available only with reservation or as a drop in if space is available for the day desired. 7 days advanced reservation for single day is strongly encouraged although we will take drop ins dependent upon space and staffing available.

Options:

Extended Care: $85 per week (8am - 5:30pm)

Transportation $55 per week.: from and to downtown Walnut Creek, Hwy 24 and Hwy 13 junction in Oakland area (just outside the caldecott tunnel) , Martinez, Orinda Safeway, and San Ramon Lucky store on Crow Canyon,

This summer we will have a Dublin transportation hub. Transportation from and to this location will be free of charge. Times are approximatley 8am and 3:30pm. Space is limited on this bus and once filled, we are not able to make this offer. Register now to take advantage of this special 2012 offer.

Note: Transportation services are run on a single route basis and are not able to be combined with extended care services unless the camper is dropped off or picked up at one of the directions for the day. ( Example: we pick up in the morning but extended care in the afternoon with parent picking up at our base camp) We are not able to offer multiple routes at different times to the same area.

* Weekly skate park and activity schedules are tentative and can change according to changing needs. Skate park schedules are made up on a weekly basis and do change weekly.
