Beginner players will learn the fundamentals of the world's most popular sport. Dribbling, ball handling,
passing, shooting and more.
Our camp is an exciting, fun way to learn soccer. Our primary goal is to teach basic fundamentals and
teamwork, passing, dribbling etc.
This is an "instructional play" program and ideal for beginner
and younger intermediate level players. Players are matched according to ability and the focus of our games are teamwork,
passing the ball and fundamentals of shooting etc. Our camp is a success if at the end of our session each player
has developed an enjoyment of the game and learned the basics of teamwork and fun.
The program is "fluid" enough to challenge intermediate
players to grow in ability and love of the game.
This is an outdoor open air program.

Intermediate Basketball Ages 9 - 13
This camp is for players with some basketball ability but who are still developing
their functional ability. Fundamentals of passing, dribbling and shooting make way for the finer details and understanding
of the game.
It is not for experienced competitive players but for those players who find
a love for the game and want to grow in ability towards those more competitive qualities.
Pre-requisite for this camp is Beginner Basketball or some previous basketball
experience.

Baseball is Fun Beginner Camp ( Ages
5-9)
We will bring back the old fashioned style of Baseball for the love and enjoyment
of the game.
Players are grouped according to age levels and enjoy a week of baseball fundamentals,
friendships and fun.
The goal of our games will be FUN and LEARNING while developing friendships
and experiences that can last a lifetime.
This is not a competitive player's camp and is designed for Beginner to Intermediate
level players.

Beginner
Quarterback Camp ( Ages 10-14)
Pre-requisite for this camp: Players must satifactorily complete Beginner Quarterback or have
demonstrable ability at an intermediate level.
This is where the rubber hits the road. Athletes will use the fundamental skills aquired in
Beginner Quarterback and begin utilizing and bringing together all of the concepts and skills into establishing themselves
at the quarterback position.
Demands are tougher at this level but so are the rewards.
Athletes will hone their throwing skills, improve movement in the pocket, run game footwork,
pitching, tossing, play progression, learn the difference between KEY READS and PROGRESSION READS, how to read a defense
in cover 2, cover 3, man to man etc., How to throw against those defenses, throwing windows, throwing on the run, timing passes
and much more.

Beginner Wide Receiver Ages 9-13
Take your skills to a new level in this clinic for beginner Wide Receivers. This is where you
will learn proper footwork, basic routes, syncing your footwoirk to your Quarterback's, proper recieving techinique and refinement
of the fundamentals of the position.

Intermediate Wide Receiver Ages 11 - 14
This is where the tools and skills you learned in the beginner program begin to be utilized in conjunction
with a quarterback and a deeper understanding of timing, footwork, routes, stemming, beating a DB and other finer qualities
of receiving come into play.

Flag Football Ages 5-12
All the fun, all the excitement of football without the contact and pads. It's a
great way to learn and play America's favorite game.
Campers will learn age appropiate skills like Quarterback, Receiver and Defensive Back. How to run
that TD route, throw the bomb, and cover that speedy receiver like a blanket.
There's a lot more just plain old playing the game in this camp than in tackle camp but the skills you develop
will take you to the next level and beyond.

Intermediate Flag Football Ages 9-13
This camp takes your growing athletic skills to a new level in a step up in pace, intensity and competition.
Players begin to fine tune their position skills learning new and more complex routes, play development,
body positioning, quarterback skills, coverage and working together as a team.
Budding stars get a chance to grow and develop in a more demanding yet rewarding program.
For younger campers age 9-10 the pre-requisite for this camp is completion of Beginner Flag Football or previous
experience on a flag football team. Older campers have no pre-requisite.

Beginner Lacrosse Ages 7-12 (Non- Contact)
Players learn the fundamentals of Lacrosse in this NON CONTACT, skills development camp.
Ball handling, passing, catching, shooting etc. are taught and practiced in this fun, exciting program. Players
will learn the basic skills and then play the game in a non contact, no pads format.

Girls Softball Ages 5-12

Girls Volleyball Ages 9-12
This camp gets the girls together for a Volleyball "girl's week" of fun. Beginner to Intermediate
level players will enjoy a week of fun together learning and playing field and beach volleyball.
Players will enjoy a week of volleyball fundamentals, friendships and fun.
This is not a competitive player's camp and is designed for Beginner to Intermediate players only.

Beginner Tackle Football Camp Ages 7-12
Players will enjoy a week of tackle football introduction with a special emphasis on proper form tackling,proper stance
and blocking. This is a fun, low key, low contact way to lget an introduction to all the positions of tackle football.
Players begin their week in form and position drills while they work their way towards a fun, low contact scrimmage at
the end of the week.
This is a full pads camp. All equipment is provided with a deposit except cleats and a mouthguard.

Intermediate
Tackle Football Ages 9-13
Pre-requisite
for this camp is completion of Beginner Tackle Football or previous experience in youth football.
Here we
start to put the rubber to the road a bit more so to speak. This camp continues the focus on proper form tackling but
offers more in depth training and higher expectations of each position of football. Players begin to learn what their
strengths and abilities are and positions are offered and molded to those abilities.
More scrimmage
fun in an educational but more demanding setting is in store for this camp.

Transportation from and to Hwy 24 and Hwy 13 junction in Oakland area (just outside the caldecott tunnel), Martinez, Orinda
Safeway and the Lucky Store on Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon.
Note: Transportation services are run on a single route basis and are not able to be combined with extended care
services unless the camper is dropped off or picked up at one of the directions for the day. We are
not able to offer multiple routes at different times to the same area.
Equipment: All equipment is provided. Tackle Football requires a $300 deposit for equipment.
We don't cash the deposit check but hold it until equipment is returned at end of session.
