When a camper registers and before that camper is set up to participate in any program, a substantial
portion of the registration fees are paid out in that camper's name immediately upon registration on any date after June 1st
of the summer season.
These fees are paid to other organizations and can not be transferrred to another camper. These
fees are paid out whether that camper attends no part of the program or the entire session.
Fees that are paid to other organizations are not refundable to the CAC and
therefore are not available for refunding to the registered player. Additionally, the CAC plans, budgets and organizes
field use, staffing, and more.
